03The veneer library

Natural wood.
Real oak. Real walnut.

Our bodies and plain doors are built in natural wood and dressed in genuine veneer: a thin leaf sliced from a real oak or walnut log, so the grain you see grew in a tree, not on a printer. Doors with grooves or carved detail are made from MDF so the lacquer stays perfectly smooth. Real veneer costs more, and it is why the furniture looks richer every year.
